Ed Outlaw
PresidentEd has extensive experience with tax credits and incentives. Prior to founding
Outlaw Consulting in 1998, he specialized in state tax credits and economic development incentives as a consultant
with various Big 5 accounting firms. Ed has worked with numerous companies in a variety of industries to negotiate
incentives for expansions and relocations, and to help companies take advantage of state tax credits. His educational
background includes an undergraduate degree from Emory University and a Masters degree in Taxation from Georgia State
University. Ed is an active member of the Peachtree City Rotary Club, the Georgia Society of CPA's, the Georgia Economic
Developers Association, the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, and the Fayette
County Chamber of Commerce.

Dee Cook,
Retraining Tax Credit Practice Director
Having spent several years with a fortune 500 company, Dee brings extensive knowledge of training practices and curriculums to Outlaw Consulting. In the 4+ years that Dee has been processing the Georgia Retraining Credit she has used this knowledge to establish comprehensive systems to more effectively document training programs for the Georgia Retraining Tax Credit, and to manage the Georgia Retraining Credit practice. Dee is currently an active member of the Georgia Bankers Association, working with its members to enhance profitability, and has served on various other community minded boards.

Richard NahodylRichard has over 30 years commercial real
estate experience, having represented Fortune 500 companies such as
Citibank, Transamerica Life, Bank of America and Price Waterhouse &
Coopers and Lybrand in major lease negotiations. Richard has been a
senior board member and Vice President of Colliers International a
real estate services firm with offices around the world. He now
specializes in helping clients negotiate and procure economic
incentives as part of the real estate decision process. Education:
State University of New York, Honors Degree Pratt Institute,
Continuing Education in law, real estate and accounting. |

Denise Outlaw, CPA
Chief Financial OfficerDenise worked in public accounting for twelve years prior to
joining the
Outlaw Consulting team. Her experience in both audit and tax
services
includes working with clients in a wide range of industries
including
manufacturing, retail, construction, financial services,
government/non-profit and various others. Denise obtained her
undergraduate
accounting degree from Emory University and is an active member of
the
Georgia Society of CPA's. |
